Lnt News: Only 11% Of The Population Trust The Saeima; The Greatest Trust – To The Family

It turns out that the residents of our country trust their own families the most, referring to the program LNT news, skaties.lv writes.
The absolute majority (95%) of Latvians trust their families. In second place is the State Police, followed by the President. It is interesting that in comparison with the previous research period, the population’s trust in Raimonds Vējonis has noticeably decreased by nine points.
Next, the trust is ranked by the church, and immediately followed by the court.
Less than half or 47% of the population trust the mass media and local governments; NGOs have one percent less trust.
Compared to the previous research period, trust in non-governmental organizations has decreased by six points. In turn, 36% of the population trust the Constitution Protection Bureau.
This is followed by the Corruption Prevention and Combating Bureau, the government and the Saeima, which is trusted by only 11 percent. All the latter institutions also had a relatively large drop in confidence – most of all – in the Saeima.
